In my previous job, I worked at a local pet store. As the owner of two cats – I thought that my cat quota was filled until I met Oreo! She was housed in the adoption center waiting for her forever home! Unfortunately – it didn’t look like that day was going to come as she was slated to be euthanized.
I couldn’t have that happen! Oreo was a healthy, 5-year-old and a fluffy black and white beauty with a lot of love to give! She has been part of our family now for the past 9 years. She loves to cuddle, fight with her brothers and play with her catnip mice!
She rarely answers to Oreo – as names like Cookie Crumb and Girlie seem to suit her better!
