COVID-19 Policy

Dear Clients,

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, below are some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND WILL TAKE WALK-INS IF WE HAVE DOCTOR AVAILABILITY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

  • Our doors are open and we are allowing a maximum of 4 clients into the reception area at a time.
  • Face masks are still mandatory and must be worn properly at all times while engaging with our staff.
  • To pre-order food or medications, please call us at 709-753-0506 and speak with a receptionist. To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on “Online Store“.
  • If you have been ill with fever, headache, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, flu like symptoms, traveled in the last two weeks, or have been in contact with a person who tested positive for COVID, we kindly ask that you have someone bring your pet to their appointment or reschedule for a later date.
  • We are now accepting all forms of payment, including cash.
